Little Lake road at sunset

I was staying just off Little Lake road--I could see the sun low over the ocean from my desk. I tried to make it to the Pacific by sunset, but I clearly wasn't going to get there, so I set up in the middle of the road and took this shot.

When I finally made it to the headlands, a small crowd of both tourists and locals was there watching the sunset's afterglow. It was a festive atmosphere; it reminded me a little of Key West.
